The Department of Neurology at the
University Hospital Zurich deals with the diagnosis and treatment of common and rare diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. More than 10,000 outpatients and inpatients are treated at the clinic annually. Thanks to close cooperation with other clinics and institutes of the University Hospital Zurich, as well as research activities and advanced training, the specialists of the neurology center can diagnose and treat various neurological diseases at the highest and most modern level.
The neurological department of one of the largest private clinics
Hirslanden in Zurich is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and a large team of professionals. On the basis of a network of clinics, centers of narrow specialization operate: the center for stroke, the center for memory disorders and Alzheimer's disease, the center for age-related neurology, the center for movement disorders and Parkinson's disease.
The flagship clinic of the
Genolier network is located in Geneva. The hospitals of this network of clinics specialize in neurology, Parkinson's disease, as well as neurological rehabilitation.
